Titanium Solutions was formed out of a lifetime of service, a commitment to public stewardship, and a deep belief that government can and should work better for the people it serves.
For more than 35 years, the company’s founder, devoted his career to supporting the federal government across three distinct roles: Marine Corps officer, senior GS-15 government executive, and federal contractor. Across each chapter of service, he witnessed firsthand the complexity of government operations, the weight of public trust, and the profound impact that disciplined leadership, sound financial management, and capable people can have on mission success.
Our founder’s journey began from humble beginnings, shaped by values of hard work, accountability, and service to others. Those early lessons carried him through a career that spanned global operations, enterprise-level financial management, audit readiness, humanitarian missions, and senior executive leadership. Whether in uniform, as a civilian leader, or as a trusted advisor, his focus remained constant: protecting taxpayer resources, supporting the mission, and enabling people to succeed.
For over ten years, colleagues, mentors, and family members repeatedly encouraged and urged him to create something of his own – an organization that would carry forward the standards he lived by: integrity, discipline, transparency, and service before self. They saw not only his technical expertise, but his ability to build teams, mentor others, and improve how organizations function at their core.
Titanium Solutions was founded to answer that call.
